Stand Strong

StandStrong is a not-for-profit, non-denominational, and apolitical organization providing self-defense skills at no cost.

Students gain confidence, learn how to protect themselves, and proudly stand up for who they are and what they believe.

Our Mission is to empower individuals with the mental mindset and physical skills to stay safe, confident and proud in who they are and what they believe.

Our Vision is to create substantial communities of participants across the country who are continually engaged in StandStrong Programs. These participants will have made the choice to live a StandStrong lifestyle. They will be prepared to speak up for American values and rights and against hate in any form. 

We can be a vehicle to build harmony between groups, both Jewish and non-Jewish, who align with our values of respect, and to speak up against hate and StandStrong for a better future.
